Betrayal Trauma & Sex Addiction Therapy

After many years of supporting & counselling both individuals and families, Rachel now brings her skills to supporting the Betrayed Partners of Sex & Porn addicts.  Using the Trauma-informed Partner Sensitive Model, Rachel works to bring safety and stability to the Betrayed, when the trauma of betrayal threatens to overwhelm and destroy relationship(s).  

Rachel helps the betrayed understand their own responses and the cycle of addiction while delivering the psycho-education required to promote healing and wholeness.

Rachel sees value in each person she assists and offers simple and effective tools to help in times of need, with a positive, hopeful attitude.  

Having been married to Brad for over 35 years, Rachel understands the pressures and delights of the different seasons of family life.

Rachel has 3 adult children and is most excited about enjoying time with her grandsons.  Family gatherings, scrapbooking, reading, or finding someone to talk to energizes Rachel and brings fulfillment.

 Having worked with churches, universities, and school communities, leading and supporting individuals and families, Brad now delivers a passion for healing & wholeness into the Sex Addiction space for men.

While shame and isolation often maintain the destructive cycle of sex & porn addiction, Brad is non-judgemental as he listens, working both gently and wisely with each individual to find and create strategies that promote growth and recovery. 

After more than 35 years of marriage to Rachel, Brad knows what it takes to provide a healthy and happy environment where family life can thrive, not just survive.  Furthermore, he knows what it means to maintain and grow that intimate connection with your significant other.

When he's not at work, Brad enjoys hanging out with his 3 adult children & 2 grandsons. Brad’s hobbies include riding motorbikes (yes, that's a BMW K1200LT in the pic above), building model train sets, and watching the Aussies win at just about any sport.

Having a background in science and education, Linden works to equip communities to better understand the impacts of pornography and sex addiction. With genuine insight and empathy, Linden offers holistic support for your restoration journey after finding his own healing from the destructive effects of pornography use. Linden has helped many in both group and individual settings find a path towards healing. 

Linden offers both knowledge and experience, free from judgement and shame; a place for individuals to be heard, understood, then supported to live a life that aligns with their values.

Linden is married with 4 children, and outside of work, enjoys a good game of basketball, exploring new places with his family, and enjoying the warmth of a campfire.

With almost 5 years of experience in sales and client liaising, Rachel has moved from balancing client orders at work, to balancing work & home life as a mum, to now balancing the books here at  Hav-a-Chat. 

Rachel has a mind for numbers and loves a good spreadsheet. And while making the books balance is a priority, so too is the need for compassion and flexibility when finances can be tight and stress levels are high. So, Rachel is ready and willing to work with you to arrange the right payment plan that best suits your needs when finances can seem overwhelming, and will happily assist with all your billing and account inquiries. 

Rachel has been married for 7 years and has two beautiful yet chaotic toddlers. Working at a plant nursery for the past 12 years has not dampened her love of plants. Thus, she enjoys pottering around her own garden in her free time. Rachel's other hobbies include small scale home renovations, and when the kids permit it, escaping into a good book.
