Betrayal Trauma & Addiction Recovery Groups
Small Groups Offered
While individual counselling can provide targeted strategies for resolving issues, additional Group Therapy presents unique opportunities for personal growth and support. Attending Group Therapy with a specific focus on Betrayal Trauma or Sex/Porn addiction can help you learn from others who have similar struggles, helping you realize you are not alone in your journey.
HAC Special Services offers several Group Therapy options, each with a specific recovery & healing focus.
Groups are delivered online and are limited to 8 attendees.
Recovery & Healing Groups operate for 12 weeks and include 2 individual counselling appointments as part of the package.
These appointments will be scheduled to provide strategic individualized therapy as your recovery & healing process unfolds. Weekly sessions operate for two hours, and the cost includes a copy of the relevant text.
Growth Groups operate on a fortnightly basis from February through November and include your workbooks as part of the package.
Payment plans are available to help you access the support you need.
When you attend our recovery groups, you receive specialized, individual, and group therapy for under $70 per hour.
Finally, we are also offering different time slots for each group to accommodate attendees from different time zones and different schedules. Please see below for the Group commencement dates.
